Pen Retrieval Robot
Fall 2024
During the Fall 2024 semester one of my classes required me to work with a group to create a routine for a robot to fulfill. My group decided to pair object detection software with the Franka Emika Panda robot, in order to create a robot that could seek out a specific pen amongst a group, and retrieve it. My specific task within the group was to design the hardware mounts that we would attach onto the robot, which allowed us to incorporate a variety of sensors, microcontrollers, and cameras.








2016 - 2020
Over the span of four years I have been fortunate enough to have the chance to work on four distinct robots, with each of those robots having their own set of unique challenges. While I have taken on many different roles within that time span, the common denominator is that from the challenges that have arisen, I've developed and refined many different skillsets that are valuable not just for an engineer, but for anyone that works collaboratively with others.
